The selection of Ristorante Marciana includes five kinds of cheese. The famous Parmesan cheese goes well with salad or with fresh vegetables with a dash of extra-virgin olive oil. The strong taste of the aged Pecorino blends well with the sweetness of dried fruits, particularly with figs. The Montasio Mezzano with an aging of 5-10 months has a full and strong taste, so it’s better to avoid eating it with cold cuts. While the Caprino with spices is good alone or spread on bread, the Gorgonzola blends well with everything.
