We like to think outside the box and offer something new out of our classic menu. As always, everything depends on what we find at the morning fish market and inspiration of our chef. We propose tagliolini with curry topped with a delicate sauce of monkfish and rocked salad arugula. The monkfish is a fish with lean meats, firm and delicate flavor that goes well with pasta creating delicious dishes. The meeting with the spices, in this case the curry, is part of the DNA of Venice and its history based on meeting between different cultures.
